Our Assist Personal Activities High service is designed for NDIS participants who require complex, intensive support in their daily lives. This includes individuals living with serious physical conditions, chronic health needs, or behavioural challenges that demand consistent, hands-on care from skilled professionals.
- Have complex care needs due to physical, medical, or behavioural conditions
- Require help with multiple daily tasks, such as showering, toileting, or mobility
- Need consistent, high-level support, including overnight or 24/7 care
- Use ventilators or require two-person assistance for transfers or personal care
- Are transitioning from hospital or another high-support environment back into the community or home
